Plastic Channels and Tracks
PVC is a low friction, smooth surfaced plastic that is suitable for sliding glass, ply, boards, plastic sheet and many other common materials. For some of the profiles there are raised runners within the plastic bottom tracks that allow dust and any grit to sit beneath the glass or panel, leaving sliding uninhibited.
Both the single and double tracks are paired up in deep top and shallow bottom tracks, for the convenience of retrofitting and removing panels. See the video for more information.

Double Track T Centre Leg
Double Track (Double Channel) with a "T" centre leg is used for wardrobe and cabinet sliding doors, where the doors need space to pass between each other, usually as they have protruding fittings from handles.
The deep top track and shallow bottom track allow the door to be fitted and removed at will, without impairing usage.
-
Plastic Double Channel Track Straight Centre Leg
Plastic Double Sliding Track with a straight centre leg allows two pieces of board, glass or plastic to pass closely, with a small gap and neater finish. For many of the cabinet, glazing and reptile tank applications the handles can be bevelled so not needing protruding fittings.
The deep top track and shallow bottom enable removal and refitting of doors as required.

Vivarium Glass Runners
Vivarium Runners are straight legged Double Channels that clip directly onto a board or panel for quick and neat installation. This removes the need for screws or adhesive and has the advantage of hiding the cut board ends.
The straight legs allow glass sheets to pass closely leaving only a very small gap between the doors when closed, preventing any snakes or reptiles from escaping.

Single Sliding Track
Single Channel (also known as Single Track) can be used for sliding panels or doors or as board trim. Made in pairs, with a deeper top track and shallow bottom track, panels can be inserted and removed after the channels have been fitted. The rigid PVC is low friction and easy to cut.
Supplied in channel widths of 4mm up to 17.5mm.
