We use a commercial carrier, DX, because of the length of most of our products. Our flat rate delivery charges represent additional discount for larger orders as our costs increase with the weight of the consignment.
Yes, this can be arranged at a mutually convenient time, even though we do not have a trade counter as such. However, because of the way this website is set up, you will need to pay for delivery when you order, and this element of your payment (+ Vat) will be refunded to your payment card on collection of your items.
No. Our services operate weekdays only excluding Bank Holidays. For example if we despatch on Friday on Next Day your items are due for delivery the following Monday
